    • What is DOCUBANK?

      DocuBank is a web based application which helps you store all your critical documents into “ready to access” document anywhere anytime.

    • How does it work?

      DocuBank allows you to store documents either directly from scanner or upload digital files into your account. These documents are available to you in an organized / categorized manner on 24*7*365 basis to you.

      Depending on the plan selected, you an upload certain number of documents / files into your account for the valid license period. You can access all your documents anytime from any location (provided you have internet access). The documents can also be retrieved on mobiles / smart phones as well.

    • How can I search & retrieve any document?

      DocuBank provides for elaborate “cataloging” of any document. This means that you can have as many as 50 fields based on which you can enter data related to the particular document. In addition to this, you can also tag additional data against every document if you want so.

      DocuBank comes with advanced search engine which will enable you to shortlist your search using some of the key words.

      As a policy, we do not access your file and do not know the content of the file. Hence we do not provide any facility to search by data within your digital file.

    • How is the process of digitization and document storage in DocuBank?

      DocuBank is the easiest tool to upload and store data into.

      You can upload and store documents through 3 modes :

      • If you have a scanner, you can simply attach it to your computer, log into DocuBank and directly scan your document into the account.
      • If you already have a digital file, just go to UPLOAD section and upload by entering the file name there.

  • User Related queries
    • How are users can access my account?

      DocuBank is a Single User account. Only you and you alone can access this account. Only if you pass on your login ID and password to your known person, no one else can access your account.

    • What information is necessary to create a new user?

      We require your Name, Address, Email ID and Contact Number to create your use account. Your Email ID has to be a valid one as all the correspondence, including initial registration process is only through your email ID. Your email ID is also your User ID.

    • What if I forget my Password?

      No Sweat ! Just enter the “Forget Password” link and mention your account ID. A new Password Setting link will be sent to you to enable you reset your password.

    • Can I change my User ID?

      NO. Your account is linked to your Mail ID and unique to you. It cannot be changed

    • My Mail ID becomes inactive later. Will it affect my DocuBank account?

      NO, Your Docubank account will remain active for the User ID irrespective of whether the original Mail ID mentioned in your profile is active or not. Your original Mail ID is required as an authentication and to enable you set your initial password. However, you cannot access your account if you forget your password and your mail ID is not active.

    • Is Tagging of Documents mandatory?

      Tagging of additional information is only an optional tool. It is given to you to enable you store additional information against your document. By adding data, you make your future search easier.

    • Can I edit my data?

      All tagged data is fully editable. However, data entry and editing can be done only in the Tagging Section.

    • How can I tag for Group documents?

      All group documents have the same Tag data. It can be done the same way you are doing for individual files.

  • Document Retrieval Related Queries
    • I want to retrieve and send a document to another colleague. Can I do it instantly?

      DocuScan comes with a very important feature which enables you to mail any retrieved document instantly to any third party. However, we have created a security that every such mail will also be sent to you as a copy ( it is a confirmatory note that the mail has been sent successfully )

    • How do I search for my document?

      The retrieval section comes with two search options – first you can search your document by the basic document type. In case you have doubts that the document may be stored somewhere else, simply type the few letters related to the file name ( or related to any tagged data you have stored the against the file), the shortlisted files will be shown to you instantly.

    • What other functions can I perform post retrieval of document?

      You can perform the following tasks after retrieval of document

      • EMAIL OPTION You can mail the document to any third party instantly
      • SHARE OPTION If you do not want to allow the third party to have a copy of the document, you can simply SHARE the document. It will go as a link to the person enabling the 3rd party to only view the document and not store it anywhere.
      • REMINDER OPTION – You can set reminders for any activity to be done related to the document on a future date. On the preset date, you will receive mail from the application reminding you of the necessary activity you have already set.
      • MOVE OPTION – You can move the document to any other folder type if you so desire
      • DELETE OPTION – Delete all your unwanted files

        You can also perform MOVE and DELETE activity in the File Manager section in addition to grouping and ungrouping of documents.

    • How do I increase my Folder Size to accommodate more documents?

      You can directly to go PRODUCT Section under Commercials, check the desired product you want. You can increase your folder size anytime and from any location. You can select your product and make online payment using the Secure gateway provided alongwith. Your account will be immediately topped up with the additional space / records.

    • How do I increase my validity?

      You can directly to go PRODUCT Section under Commercials, check the desired product you want. You can increase your validity anytime and from any location. You can select your product and make online payment using the Secure gateway provided alongwith. Your account will be immediately topped up with the additional space / records.

    • How do I move from being a Trial Account to Regular Account?

      You can directly to go PRODUCT Section under Commercials, check the desired product you want. You can select the desired Product and migrate the account to new validity / product type. You can select your product and make online payment using the Secure gateway provided alongwith. Your account will be immediately topped up with the additional space / records.

    • Will I lose my stored data if I move from Trial Account to Regular Account?

      NO. Your existing data will also be migrated to the new Regular account.

    • What are my payment options?

      You can make payment using the Secure CC AVENUE Payment Gateway which enables payment through Credit and Debit Cards and also enable direct bank transfer. In addition, you can also transfer funds directly to bank as per the details provided in the website under PAYMENT CENTRE.

    • How secure is my payment option?
