• The end-user license is given to users on the explicit understanding that no objectionable / unlawful information will be stored in the server.
  • Free Trial Offer can be offered to a customer only ONCE. System will not accept free trial offer for any customer if the same has already been availed earlier.
  • Customer can directly move from Free Trial offer to Regular Paid plans on or before the completion of the trial period. No need to change the account. All existing stored data will automatically be available in the new paid account
  • On expiry of the account, the customer details (including stored data) will be maintained by is for a maximum period of 1 additional month. Beyond that any data related to expired accounts will be destroyed permanently and cannot be restored under any circumstance. Innovasphere Infotech will not be liable for any loss of data on account of compulsory destruction.
  • Innovasphere reserves the right to terminate any contract with the customer midway in case it is brought to our notice that unlawful or objectionable information are stored in the servers. It is understood that the customers will not store any information / material which is considered as unlawful under the current IT act.

  • Innovasphere Infotech reserves the right to change / alter / modify the above prices at any time. However, customer already registered for existing facilities will not be impacted on account any price change for the features or facilities already paid for.
